It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to this year's most anticipated cycle race. The Sundvolden Grand Prix has become a tradition, a meeting point where passion for cycling meets the beautiful nature around Sundvolden.

The race is run for M senior as a road race (UCI 1.2) with a 6-person team. The team must consist of a minimum of 4 riders (UCI art. 2.2.003). The maximum number of riders in the field is 176, so the number of teams is limited to 29. UCI Continental teams, club teams, national national teams and regional teams can participate (UCI art. 2.1.005). All the riders on the team must have a license in the U-23 or M-Elite classes.
The race starts at the Sundvolden hotel and finishes at Kleivstua and is 166.8 km.
Sundvollen – Åsa – Hesselberg – Busund – Ask – Drolsum – Vikersund – Røine – Sylling (Opsahlsvingen) – Sjåstad church – Ringeriksveien – Sylling center – Røine – Sylling (Opsahlsvingen) – Sjåstad church – Ringeriksveien – Skaret – Utvika – Sundvollen – Kleivstua.

4.5 km final climb with an average percentage of 7.5%.
The finish line is calculated for approx. 17:00

Service cars
All teams must provide their own service car staffed with a mechanic in addition to a driver (maximum height 166 cm). It is not permitted to drive alone without a mechanic. Driver must be licensed through the NCF (for club teams/regional teams) and the UCI (for UCI teams.) UCI teams must have a driver who is registered as a sports director. There is no possibility for service cars to drive together in UCI races.
